Jack’s Caregiver Coalition is thrilled to welcome Paurvi Bhatt, MPH, as our newest Board Member!
Paurvi joins Jack’s as a globally recognized healthcare executive, systems strategist, and public health economist with a deep commitment to building a more compassionate and connected care economy. Founder of ThirdEyeFocus and the CareWorks Fund, she has spent her career forging partnerships between the philanthropic, public, and private sectors to expand access to care for families and communities across the globe.
Her leadership experience spans organizations like the Rosalynn Carter Institute for Caregivers, Medtronic, Levi Strauss & Co., Abbott, CARE, and USAID—where she has championed new models that make health systems more equitable and inclusive. Through her work in health financing, social connection, and caregiver solidarity, Paurvi’s vision aligns closely with Jack’s mission to help men find strength and support through every stage of the caregiving journey.
We’re fired up to welcome Paurvi to Jack’s,” said Kyle Woody, Founder and Executive Director of Jack’s Caregiver Coalition. “She has the rare ability to see both the system and the person at heart. Her experience modernizing legacy systems and her personal passion for community-driven caregiving will help us deepen our impact as we support more guys walking this road.”
For Paurvi, the connection to caregiving is both professional and deeply personal.
After decades of focusing on health access and equity via creative pathways fueled by partnerships, capital, and collective expertise to deliver outcomes, I didn’t recognize I was also a family caregiver along the sidelines throughout my adult life.” she shared. “While the data helped me feel less alone as a woman caring for her parents, it took self–reflection in grief to help me see that all along, my father was actually a caregiver as well throughout his life.”
Her story reflects what we see every day at Jack’s. That caregiving is universal, but often unseen. And when we recognize all who give care, we strengthen the web of connection that keeps our communities resilient.
In addition to her work with Jack’s, Paurvi serves on boards and advisory groups for the National Alliance for Caregiving, Caring Across Generations, the WHO Commission for Social Connection, and The Foundation for Social Connection. She continues to lead efforts that blend lived experience with institutional innovation, ensuring that systems of care work for everyone.
As Paurvi puts it:
Care isn’t provided by one or the other; each of us provides it. Each of us, individually and collectively, not only needs support, but we also thrive together in the action and connection of support. Jack’s Caregiver Coalition is a clear example of how these palpable connections lead to exponential growth in connection.”
Since 2014, Jack’s Caregiver Coalition has helped hundreds of male caregivers break free from the “do-it-alone” trap. Instead, connecting them with peers who understand, helping them find strength, and proving that nobody has to carry this weight solo.
We couldn’t be more excited to welcome Paurvi to our board as we continue to grow, learn, and lift up caregivers everywhere.
