The healthcare system is complicated and often, frustrating.
It can be easy to get lost within it, just when you depend on it most. We want to come alongside caregivers and their loved ones to encourage and equip them to navigate the complexities of the healthcare system. Our Care Navigator will provide them with information about the valuable resources available to them.
I found Kathy to be very helpful and she volunteered to do a bunch of legwork for me to vet out places for counselors. Super responsive and quick response. She has an awesome network and was able to leverage that to get me what I needed ASAP." --Caregiver
