Who can attend Firepit Friday?

This is a "Jacks Only" event, for guys, 18 and older, who are caring for or who have cared for a loved one facing a health crisis.

* If you are a member of Jack's and you are interested in signing up to host you simply need a fire pit, firewood, and the ability to get the fire started and keep it burning strong for 2 hours! Please email us at [email protected] if you're interested in hosting.

Fire pit friday is exactly what it sounds like and so much more. Men grabbing a brew talking about the current goings on in our lives and being relaxed. There is no plan, no expectations, no requirements. It is truly, come as you are. As caregivers we tend to hide some of the more gruesome parts of our caregiving journey from other people. Here we get to share our experience and ask hard questions without being judged. Then we get to go back to joking around and telling funny stories. It is the monthly pick up that we need. This event is hands down my favorite Jacks event."
