One Million Strong

One Decade, One Million Men

Redefining Strength

From an early age, men are taught to hold it together, to protect, to endure; but rarely to ask for help.

At Jack’s we expose and challenge that cultural conditioning. We reject the societal pressures that tell men to be stoic and self-reliant, even when they’re struggling. By challenging those expectations, we open the door to redefining strength: not as silence or suppression, but as speaking up and sharing your truth.

Our Vision for 2035; One Million Men Strengthened

By "strengthened" we mean the patterns of transformation we see in the guys who are brave enough to ask for our help. The majority of men who come to us can’t put words to what they’re feeling, not even with their closest friends. They can’t imagine saving any compassion for themselves. They don’t see themselves as caregivers — certainly not good ones. And they don’t know how to ask for help.

But after they’ve been with us a while…that starts to change. They start speaking up about their feelings. They begin to realize that compassion for themselves matters just as much as compassion for others. They begin taking more pride in their caregiving role. And they start asking for help with confidence.

We believe realizing our Vision for 2035 will put us on an inexorable path towards creating a world where caregiving feels like a team sport. A world where men who are caregivers aren't thought of as outliers, they are celebrated as athletes of compassion. A world where caregiving is no longer viewed as a noble role that women play well, but rather a noble role that anyone can play well.

That’s what One Million Strong is about. It’s not a campaign slogan, it’s a movement. To book a meeting with us and explore how you can join it, click here
