For many Jacks, feelings go unsaid, joy feels wrong, and help feels off-limits.

Are you wondering how to talk to your kids about the health crisis?

Are you worried about your finances?

Maybe you can’t remember the last time you laughed your ass off.

The good news is, you're not alone.

You can overcome those obstacles to become the best caregiver possible.

Hear from some of the caregivers we've served.

Jack’s connects you with others who have successfully navigated this exact same terrain.

Jack's gave me the sense that it can be done, you just have to learn how to do it. It was helpful to me, and I regret that I didn’t get in touch with them earlier.”

- Jake

As caregivers we tend to hide some of the more gruesome parts of our caregiving journey from other people. Here we get to share our experience and ask hard questions without being judged. Then we get to go back to joking around and telling funny stories. It's the monthly pick up that we need.”

- Logan

I have been a lost puppy on this venture and just the lone 2 events that I attended, especially Whirlyball and the dinner after, Jack's has given me hope that I can get through this!"

Every Jack’s program begins with one promise: You’re not alone anymore.

CaregiverCON - A conference for family caregivers and the organizations that support them. This year’s conference is all about connection—fostering relationships, sharing knowledge, and building a stronger, more resilient caregiving community.

Help! I'm a Caregiver! - Designed for new caregivers, this program will give you a solid understanding of the many resources available to make life easier for you and your loved ones.

Jack-to-Jack - Jack-to-Jack will connect you to a guy who’s been in your shoes.

Klatches (our version of a support group) -  Our Klatch is not your ordinary support group. Join us in a welcoming environment for food and drinks. There we have a structured group dialogue around caregiver issues, that the group chooses to talk about. The Klatch is led by someone who has been a caregiver, too. Gain validation, helpful advice, a sense of belonging, and restoration. We offer two Klatches: one for Caregivers and one for Sequel Makers (those who are living with loss after a caregiving experience). These Klatches are for members of any gender.

Playbooks - Designed specifically for guys, our playbooks are all about building and leading your team.

Sequel Makers - In the event the person cared for dies, caregivers ask “Who am I now?” - our Sequel Makers program helps men find that answer.

Storm Chasers - Is a storm is threatening in the distance, bringing on fear and uncertainty, or hitting you hard in the moment causing despair and anguish? Jack's Storm Chaser Mobile Kitchen is here to encourage caregivers one meal at a time.

Virtual Community - Private Facebook groups designed to give support, understanding, and connection to people who truly get it. Whether you’re in the thick of caring for someone you love or moving forward after loss, there’s a spot for you here.

Get started in three simple steps.
