Help! I'm a Caregiver!
Cancer Caregiving 101
Walk out of the room armed with valuable info to tackle this thing we call caregiving. It'll be short and sweet, lunch-and-learn style. Take in a fire hose of information and resources while you gobble up a sandwich. This talk is designed especially for new caregivers, and will cover only the fundamentals. We won't go into great detail on each topic, but you will leave knowing about many of the resources that exist to make life easier for you and your loved ones.

- About our instructor: Kyle Woody believes that one of the biggest and most important challenges a man can face in his lifetime is engaging as a caregiver for a loved one with a catastrophic illness like cancer. And he believes that every man has the potential to rise to that challenge and bring to it his boldest and most confident self. Reflecting on his experience as a primary caregiver for his loved one with metastatic colon cancer, he now realizes the principles of excellence and sound teamwork that he preached in professional career should have been applied at home in his caregiving experience. In 2014 he co-founded and became Executive Director of Jack's Caregiver Coalition.
