Learn Parkour

I have been a lost puppy on this venture and just the lone 2 events that I attended, especially Whirlyball and the dinner after, you have given me hope that I can get through this! - Caregiver

Goal:

Develop superhuman skills that we will showcase by leaping between buildings on the next ESPN extreme sports contest. Or, at least, pick up some basic training in strength, flexibility, and mobility that will help us survive icy sidewalks during MN winters and maybe play a few active games.

Who:

Guys who've cared for a loved facing a health crisis as well as any of their children 14 or older.

Free for members of Jack's Caregiver Coalition. Anyone can become a member for any dollar amount per month.
$10 for non-members who've been to 2 or less Jack's Caregiver Coalition program events.
$50 for non-members who've been to 3 or more Jack's Caregiver Coalition program events.

Join us at Fight or Flight Academy to learn to play again, in seemingly extreme ways. Coach Chad will teach us some basics of Parkour, the art of free running, including skills in climbing, vaulting, tumbling, flexibility and flow.
Following some training and practice, we’ll play a few games which put your new skills to the test, and give you practice to use your newfound abilites in real life.
This will also be a great event to bring your young caregivers in training, your children 14+ are welcome.

Please complete before the event to save time when we arrive.
We will follow our training with ice packs, pizza, and a cold beverage at Pizza Luce.
